Quality Meat Scotland

Quality Meat Scotland in collaboration with The List magazine, asked BD for the second successive year, to design their definitive guide to restaurants and butchers throughout the UK who stock and sell only 100% Scotch Beef. This was once again an important design project for BD, utilising their broad skills of photography, art direction, picture research, design and pre-production. The resulting 96-page full-colour 2005 Guide, packed with facts and information has been very well received by the important beef industry.
